Start with a Coach led session to learn the fundamentals and gather the tools to make the best use of the services. ($60 Value)

(1) Private Contrast Session

Schedule a 60 Min Private Contrast Therapy session and see how you apply those tools with a solo sessions. ($70 Value)

(1) Infrared sauna or red light therapy session

Step into the heat with a 30 Min Solo Sauna Session or expedite blood flow and recovery with Red Light Therapy. ($25-$40 Value)
